The Library Service Desk on the first floor is the first stop for those who need assistance in learning what resources are available and how to use them. The Library Service Desk will refer in-depth research questions to the Research & Instruction librarians.

The Research & Instruction librarians also give library tours and workshops on information resources. Faculty may invite a librarian to explain and demonstrate sources of interest to a particular class. An electronic classroom with 30 computers is available in the library for this purpose.
