EndNote:  Importing Citations from JSTOR


You can search JSTOR and save citations to articles of interest directly into EndNote.
  1. If you have not already done so, create the EndNote Library (database) in which you want to import the references. 
  2. Enter your search in JSTOR.
  3. Mark the citations you want to export. Click on  Export  Citation
  4. Export citations. Select RIS file (EndNote, Procite, Reference Manager)
  5. Choose OPEN.
  6. Select the library or database you want to put them in.
  7. Click OPEN.

Your references are now in your EndNote library (database).
Check your citations to make sure they were imported correctly.
