Designated guests are not eligible for MOBIUS borrowing. You may borrow items through Interlibrary Loan at a fee of $5.00 per filled request. This charge will be added to your Library Account when items arrive. This fee applies whether items are picked up or not.

You must show a current Truman Designated Guest ID to check out materials, and you are responsible for everything you check out. All borrowers may be subject to overdue fines, processing/billing fees, damaged and/or lost book charges for library materials checked out on their cards.

If you need an item that is checked out, you may request a RECALL for that item at the Circulation Desk.  Once the recall is initiated, the item must be returned within two weeks.  Failure to respond to such a notice will result in a fine of $1.00 per day and/or suspension of borrowing privileges.  Recalled material may be picked up at the Circulation Desk.  It will be held there for seven days.  After seven days the material will be returned to the shelves and available to anyone.  All materials are subject to recall.

Theft or mutilation of library materials or property could result in disciplinary action by Truman State University.

The Library reserves the right to suspend borrowing privileges for abuses of circulation policies.  In accordance with Right to Privacy Laws, the registration and circulation records of all library users remain confidential.

Truman State University lost/damaged materials will be paid for.
