Nancy A Hagans
24 Mar 1832 - 18 Dec 1878(?)

Samuel J Hagans was a farmer who settled in the Bullion area around 1858.  He and his wife Nancy had two children when they came from Illinois and added several more to their family over the next few years.  The year of their deaths and the circumstances surrounding the same death date for both is a puzzle we’ve not yet solved.  [1870 Census; Adair Co Cemeteries]
