The stores on the west side include a mercantile & cigar store at 101 selling water from the spa at Excelsior Springs MO. Unfortunately the Excelsior Springs sign obscures the store name painted on the window. (Note the “cigar store Indian” in the window to the left of the door.) Other visible ground floor businesses: Halladay Grocery, 103; WG Fout Drugs, 105; Doneghy Bros Clothing, 107-109. The office of Benton Township Constable, WB Everhart, 103½, and the JW Tinsman Photography Studio, 111½, are upstairs.
