Includes FBI Intelligence Bulletins and Army Corps Area Reports with coverage of: World War I, the "Red Scare", and labor unions. However, this collection does not include reproductions of printed radical materials or information about African-American radicals (this was included in a separate publication).

The guide also has a subject index.
