Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Electronic Reading Room-FBI-- This site contains scanned documents from famous FBI cases and files such as the Lindbergh Kidnapping and the Marilyn Monroe file.
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Electronic Reading Room-State Department--The site contains a collection of 13,000 declassified documents frequently requested under FOIA. Examples of topics include records relating to the creation of the CIA, human rights abuses in Chile, and Amelia Earhart. 
Harry S. Truman and the Truman Years--Annotated list of primary sources held by Pickler Memorial Library at Truman State University concerning Harry S Truman.
Lewis & Clark/Corp of Discovery Case Files, 1809-1839-- Part of the St. Louis Circuit Court Historical Records Project and includes  81 court actions in which Meriwether Lewis, William Clark or other members of the Corps of Discovery are defendants, plaintiffs, or play a prominent role.  The majority of cases are disputes concerning promissory notes, debts, and the payment and assignment of notes and debts.
Making of America at University of Michigan--A digital library of primary sources in US social history (1850-77) with precedence given to uncommon titles and "brittle books". This site has access to 13 journals and approximately 8500 books with 19th century imprints.
Making of America at Cornell University--a digital library of primary sources in American social history. This site provides access to 267 monograph volumes and over 100,000 journal articles with 19th century imprints.
