Citing Electronic Sources - Turabian Style

prepared by Pickler Memorial Library staff - 8/13/01

Writing citations for works in an electronic format is still an evolving process. Listed below are some examples of Turabian style citations. Other resources you may want to consult are listed at the bottom. Remember that Turabian is related to Chicago Style. There is considerable variation in electronic citations using Turabian style, so try to keep your citation of electronic resources consistent. And, keep in mind the purpose of citation, which is to credit the authors you use and provide access to their work. If you cannot find some of the information, cite what is available.
