Scope

This is a microfiche transcript of the trial in the case of the Attorney-General of the Government of Israel v. Adolf, the son of Adolf Karl Eichmann, in the District Court of Jerusalem: Criminal Case No. 40/61. This transcript, based on the files of the New York Public Library, originally secured through the Jewish National and University Library, is an unedited and unrevised transcript of the simultaneous translation and, as such, should not be regarded as stylistically perfect or devoid of linguistic errors. During World War II, Adolf Karl Eichmann was directly responsible for implementing the Nazi’s “Final Solution” – the extermination of the Jewish people.
