Scope

This collection contains transcripts of 144 interviews with American Indians from across the U.S. The interviews were all conducted in the 1970’s.

How to search the collection

There is a printed name index shelved on top of Microfiche Cabinet 24, and a subject index with memoirs divided into descriptive topics and tribes is on the first microfiche of the collection.
