The first official designated collection to be donated to Pickler Memorial Library, this collection contains books, manuscripts, and other materials that were written by a Missourian, are about Missouri or were published in Missouri. The majority of materials are representative of the 19th and 20th centuries in Missouri, although current publications providing historically significant information are actively sought for acquisition. The collection includes materials from organizations, schools, churches, cities, and more.
